COMPANY HISTORY

Renovar was formed in early 1996. The company headquarters were established,

and have remained, in Midland, Texas. The principals of the company each have

approximately 20 years experience in the natural gas and energy industry, with

extensive knowledge in marketing, engineering, and operations of natural gas and

energy development projects.

Renovar secured its first landfill gas energy development project with the City of

Shreveport, Louisiana in December, 1996. Today, Renovar has expanded into

numerous states across the south central United States with several projects in

various stages of development. Renovar anticipates continued growth

in the renewable energy arena, as the United States gains greater understanding

of the benefits offered by renewable energy.
